- Payment → 50% of the commission is due upon agreement of the quote before we start working on your commission.
- Creation & check-ins → progress updates, refinements
- Delivery → ready to hang, wear, gift, or showcase
The more detail, the better:
- Project Description:
What are we making? Themes, subjects, text, symbols, mood, or story. - Style Preferences:
Realistic, stylized, cartoon, abstract, pattern-forward, mandala, stained glass–inspired, etc. Share references or links if you have them. - Size & Medium:
Dimensions and materials you’re leaning toward (watercolor, acrylic, gouache, oil, mixed media, digital, stained glass, enamel, fiber, jewelry). - Color Palette (optional):
Must-use colors, “please avoid,” or general vibe (earthy, jewel tones, monochrome). - Budget & Timeline:
Your target range and any deadlines or event dates. - Usage & Display (optional):
Personal gift, home décor, brand/merch, print licensing—whatever applies helps us plan.

While uploading a file is optional, it is highly recommended. The more resources and images you provide to help us get closer to what your vision is, the easier it will be for us to achieve your dream.
Yes. Clients may choose to pay in full at any time. Pricing reflects the scope of work agreed upon at the time of invoicing and does not lock in future changes. Any modifications to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables may result in adjusted pricing and additional charges. Due upon completion of the commission.
- Revisions: Included rounds and milestones will be outlined in your proposal.
- Timeline: Depends on scope and medium; we’ll set clear dates before we start.
- Rights & Usage: Personal vs. commercial use/ licensing will be specified in your agreement.
